As CEO, I lead the development of a strategic portfolio of Core+ and opportunistic properties, specifically designed to capitalize on the massive tailwinds generated by $400B+ in semiconductor investments from TSMC, Intel, and Amkor. This represents a generational appreciation opportunity that will define the region for decades.

My background uniquely bridges the gap between high-level finance and technical execution. With an MSEE and a Harvard Business School AMP credential, I possess a deep understanding of the specialized infrastructure requirements of the tech giants entering this market. As a licensed Arizona builder (ROC #357763) and former CEO of EastBridge Investment Group, I offer investors a rare synergy of operational oversight and strategic financial leadership.

With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, I have developed expertise across a broad range of industry sectors. My background includes investment banking on Wall Street, land acquisition for the largest multifamily developer in New England, and significant involvement in NNN sale leasebacks. I have managed the acquisition of land for more than 2,000 multifamily units and assembled over 800 units of NNN retail assets in five distinct packages valued at over $400 million. Additionally, I brokered the sale of a 116,400-square-foot shopping center in Santa Fe, NM, and conducted comprehensive analyses of interest rate impacts on a six-property, $50 million national portfolio of NNN assets.

NORM KLEIN

Mr. Klein founded and managed his commercial real estate company for over 20 years before joining our fund. A licensed commercial real estate broker in Arizona and well known in the real estate circle.

He had worked for Procter & Gamble Company – Executive Level – Manufacturing and Head Quarters responsibilities.

He founded his own consulting company for clients such as Allied Signal, Colgate, Procter & Gamble, to improve Supply Chain efficiencies.
